User Agreement

1. General Provisions and Terms

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms of use of the website woglab.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned by Limited Liability Company “WOGLAB” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “We”).

1.2. Key terms:

  • “User” – any individual or legal entity accessing the Site;
  • “Content” – any text, graphic, audiovisual and other materials posted on the Site;
  • “Services” – functional capabilities provided to the User through the Site.

1.3. By using the Site, the User confirms that:

  • Reached the age of legal capacity (18+ years);
  • I have read the terms of this Agreement;
  • Fully accepts all its provisions.

2. Registration and accounts

2.2. Upon registration, the User undertakes to:

3. Rights and obligations of the User

3.2. The user is prohibited from:

  • Use the Site for illegal purposes;
  • Post malicious code or spam;

4. Intellectual property

  • The review period is 30 calendar days.

8.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the place of registration of the Company.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of commencement of use of the Site.

9.2. The Company has the right to make changes to the Agreement with notification of Users.

9.3. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Website.
